POLICY OF ORDER CANCELING

 

Dear customer, we hope you are very happy and satisfied with the Bothanica Mineral product(s) that you have purchased through our website.

However, if for any reason you need to cancel your order, we can only do that if the shipment wasn't done yet. In other words, if your order left our packing site and it's on its way to your home, it's not possible to cancel it as shipment expenses were already generated.
Please keep that in mind before confirming and paying for your order.


POLICY OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND VALUES

 

 

If for any reason you need to exchange or return the product(s), we will indicate how to proceed, always transparently, as is already customary of Bothanica Mineral, always doing well and good. 1 - What is the deadline and procedure to request the exchange or return of the products and values of the product(s) that I purchased?

 

To answer this question, we need to know why you want to return the product(s). See the options below which best fits your situation:

 

1.1 - Right of Repentance

 

Deadline: If you have regretted purchasing the product(s), you can place the return order for the amounts paid within seven (seven) calendar days of receipt, provided that the product(s) does not contain signs of use, is in the original packaging and also has the invoice with the purchase data.

This is provided for there in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

 

Procedure: To return the product(s), you must first contact us via email, WhatsApp or phone and inform us that you want to make the return for the right of repentance.

 

After that, we will send you an email with the procedure and the postcode to be presented at the post office, so you do not have to pay for this return!

 

With this code in hand, you must pack the product(s) in the original or similar packaging, along with all items and accessories. In addition, we also need you to send the invoice of the product(s) with you. Then just forward it to us.

 

Return of the amounts: From the receipt of the product(s), we will analyze if everything is right and, if it is in accordance with our Exchange Policy, we will return the amounts paid (in the same way chosen at the time of purchase), within 30 (thirty) days. If you prefer, instead of returning the amount, we can also provide you with a "BM Purchase Voucher" for your next purchase!

 

1.2 - Defects

 Term: If the product(s) you purchased presents any defect, you may request to return the amounts paid or exchange the product(s) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt, provided that the product(s) does not contain signs of use, is in the original packaging and also has the invoice with the purchase data.

This is provided for there in Article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code.

 Procedure: To return the product(s) to us, you must first contact us via email, WhatsApp or phone and inform us that you want to make the return and/or exchange on account of a defect.

 After that, we will send you an email with the procedure and the postcode to be presented at the post office, so you do not have to pay for this return!

 With this code in hand, you must pack the product(s) in the original or similar packaging, along with all items and accessories. In addition, we also need you to send the invoice of the product(s) with you. Then just forward it to us.

 Exchange or Return of amounts: Upon receipt of the product(s), we will analyze if everything is correct and, if it is in accordance with our Exchange Policy, we will return the amounts paid (in the same way chosen at the time of purchase) or replacement by the same product(s) within 30 (thirty) days. If you prefer, instead of returning the amount, we can also provide you with a "BM Purchase Voucher" for your next purchase!

 

1.3 - Product different from the purchased

 Term: If the product(s) you received is different from the one you purchased, just contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt, and we will resolve as soon as possible, provided that the product(s) does not contain signs of use, is in the original packaging and also have the invoice with the purchase data.

 Procedure: To return the product(s) to us, you must first contact us via email, WhatsApp or telephone and inform us that you have received product(s) other than the one you have purchased.

 After that, we will send you an email with the procedure and the postcode to be presented at the post office, so you do not have to pay for this return!

 With this code in hand, you must pack the product(s) in the original or similar packaging, along with all items and accessories. In addition, we also need you to send the invoice of the product(s) with you. Then just forward it to us.

Exchange or Return of amounts: Upon receipt of the product(s), we will analyze if everything is all right and, if it is in accordance with our Exchange Policy, we will return the amounts paid (in the same way chosen at the time of purchase) and/or the replacement by the product(s) you had chosen, within 30 (thirty) days. If you prefer, instead of returning the value, we can also provide you with a "BM Purchase Voucher" for your next purchase!

 

2 - When should I refuse to receive the product(s)?

 If you find that the product(s) is with the seal violated, packaging opened or that it is not the product(s) you ordered, we ask that you refuse delivery and contact us immediately, so that we can resolve this as soon as possible.

 However, if you only noticed any of these things after receiving the product, just follow the steps we talked about up there to exchange the product(s) and we will help you with the greatest pleasure!

 3 - What is the deadline for Bothanica Mineral to complete the exchange procedure or return the values of the product(s) that I purchased?

 By Article 18, §1, of the Consumer Protection Code, we have up to 30 (thirty) days to resolve these issues, but we will certainly make every effort to make sure everything is right before this deadline!

 

4 - How do I cancel my order?

 If you have chosen to make the payment by bank slip, your order will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not made on the due date.

 If the order has already been paid for and approved, we ask that you contact us, via email, WhatsApp or phone, as soon as possible to request cancellation.
